A dark , savory world of dried fruit, toasted walnut, cocoa, leather, orange peel, and wine-soaked oak. The bourbon stays firmly in charge, but the Oloroso cask finish pulls it deeper, richer, and a little stranger—still our familiar bourbon, but now wearing boots of Spanish leather.
